Mobility & Flexibility
Mobility is the ability to actively move a joint through its full range of motion while maintaining strength, control, and stability.
Flexibility is the ability of a muscle or muscle group to lengthen passively.
These are both extremely important to work on as they will make stiff muscles and joints feel as good as when you were in your 20's again.

Mitt work
Mitt work is great for helping athletes and the average boxing enthusiast practice a more realistic approach to fight scenarios. It can also be used for conditioning drills and to practice long chain combinations.
